Sergiu SANDULEAC, Practitioner Psychologist, Coordinating Scientific Researcher, University Lecturer, PhD in Psychology, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Special Pedagogy, “Ion Creanga” State Pedagogical University of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova; Member of the editorial board of the journal Psychology of the Republic of Moldova. PhD supervisor in the field of pedagogy and psychology, with more than 15 years of professional experience. Consults with clients to assess and understand the psychological, emotional and behavioral situations they are dealing with; provides counseling and psychological therapy to help clients manage and overcome their emotional or behavioral difficulties; works with clients to help them develop skills in stress management, healthy relationships, decision making. Assists the client in managing crises and emergencies, providing support and interventions to deal with traumatic events or critical situations. Provides career counseling, helping clients identify their interests, skills and career goals. Conducts the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee competencies and skills in organizations.
Teaches courses: Introduction to Psychology, Research Methodology, Psychology of Conflict Resolution, Psychology of Influence and Personnel Optimization, Psychology of Intercultural Education, Psychology of Human Uniqueness (Cycle I – Bachelor), Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Psychological Assistance in the Educational System, Psychology of Leadership and Professional Burnout Prevention, Psychologist’s Work with the Family, Diagnosis and Psychological Interventions in the Educational System (Cycle II – Master); Advanced Statistics in Developmental and Educational Psychology (Cycle III – PhD).
He is the author of various publications, monographs, including student manuals, methodological papers and over 60 scientific articles. He actively participates in national and international projects, has taught psychology and pedagogy at the American University of Moldova; Comrat University of Moldova, “Constantin Stere” University of Chisinau. Research interests: scientific thinking, loneliness, violence, psychological security, emotional intelligence, social representations.
Provides counselling and psychological therapy services to individuals or groups
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Consults with clients to assess and understand the psychological, emotional and behavioral situations they are dealing with. This process may involve interviews, tests and other assessment tools to gain a detailed understanding of the client’s situation.
- Counseling and Therapy: Provides psychological counseling and therapy to help clients manage and overcome their emotional or behavioral difficulties. This may include individual counselling, couples therapy, family therapy or group therapy.
- Personal Development: Work with clients to help them develop skills in stress management, healthy relationships, decision making and other skills needed for a balanced and fulfilling life.
- Crisis Intervention: Works with the client in managing crises and emergencies, providing support and interventions to deal with traumatic events or critical situations.
- Career Counseling: Provides career counseling, helping clients identify their interests, skills and career goals and make informed career choices.
- Education and Prevention: provides information in the form of seminars, webinars, workshops, trainings, parenting sessions, mental health, job burnout, leadership, lifebalance, etc. and conducts prevention programs to help people improve their emotional well-being and prevent psychological difficulties.
- Counselling and coaching: Provides counselling and coaching for employees, helping them cope with stress, manage change and develop their professional potential.
- Organisational Analysis: Analyses the organisational situation to better understand organisational dynamics, work climate and factors that may influence employee performance.
- Training and Development: Helps develop and implement training programs to improve employee competencies and skills. These programs may address communication skills, leadership, motivation, conflict management and others.
